It’s been a long time coming to see The Confident Brand Blueprint finally launched.  You see when I first had the idea, I thought they would be a great 1:1 workshop. I ran it a few times, but it was exhausting for me and for the person attending. So then I thought let’s make them into a course that people can follow in their own time. Great idea Helen, let’s get on with that.  That was 2023 and little did I know that my world was about to come crashing down around me.

In July 2023 my biggest fan and supporter, my beautiful husband, Ray started to feel ill. We quickly discovered that he had bowel cancer and that it was incurable.  So my nearly finished courses got thrown to the side whilst I spent every minute I could with him.  A decision I would make again, a thousand times over. 

In March 2024, he died. And among dealing with the gaping hole he left in our family, I needed to work out how I was ever going to feel creative again.

A very wise woman, Jill Ashton, told me, that my creativity would return when I was ready.

Another wise woman, Becky Stevenson, Business consultant extraordinaire, asked me if maybe the reason I wasn’t able to get moving with finishing the courses was because they didn’t fit with my ethos anymore.

I thought long and hard about this, and I finally realised that the courses fit with my ethos more than ever. I have always believed that every business, no matter the size needs branding that suits them, and clearly shows what they do.  Coming back after my unexpected break, business owners are still having the same problems, and I still know I can help them solve their problems.

So I started to concentrate on finishing the courses, I evaluated and improved them. I’ve put so much of my knowledge into the content because I really believe every business can and should have a brand that shows their business at its best. 

2 years after I first started writing them, they are ready. 

Ready for me and my business (that my husband backed me in, whatever crazy idea I came up with) to thrive and share it’s expertise with all those fabulous entrepreneurs who are ready for their business to be noticed and respected.  

I’m really proud of launching The Confident Brand Blueprint out into the world. I’m excited to see you taking the courses and telling me how your branding looks and feels so much better. That your marketing is attracting your target audience and feels so much simpler for you.

I know that Ray would be proud of me too, he was a fantastic listener and always asked the right questions to help me progress my ideas, even when he didn’t really understand what on earth I was prattling on about.  He was the best of the best and I miss him being my unintentional business partner, but not quite as much as I miss him being my husband.
